What is the SAKOF Personality Test?
The SAKOF Test was built to allow users to understand themselves on a deeper level, and allow a more objective analysis to the traits that users value and see in themselves.
SAKOF is different than most personality test in that it more open ended, and does not rely on a "strongly disagree" to "strongly agree" framework to draw conclusions.
This allows the a more introspective insights with less of an ability for users to "game the system" or work toward a desired outcome.
What results does the test give and how do I interpret them?
The SAKOF will give many different points of data but the information is easy to interpret with some understanding.
You will receive two SAKOF combinations; one for your identify with scores and one for your admire scores.
This group of letters simply shows you a quick a shareable representation of traits
where the leading letters are more heavily weighted by your answers.
You will also receive specific SAKOF scores.
These numbers will give you an idea of which traits you identify with and admire the most.
The higher the number, the most you identify with that specific trait.
Finally, you will receive an identity score.
The purpose of the identity score is to provide an objective analysis as to home much the user's admired traits align with the their own view of themselves.
There will be specific information about understanding your unique identity score on your results page.
What does SAKOF mean?
SAKOF is reference to what we call the Big 5 personality traits.
While individuals are diverse and unique and can not reduced down to 5 basic traits,
we believe that the Big 5 can be used to provide a deep look into the positive traits of any individual.
